So what does Young Life Haiti do?
We have ministry in cities all over Haiti.
EVERY TEEN IN HAITI NEEDS TO KNOW
THEY ARE NOT ALONE.
Young Life began with one ministry event, called "club" in 1999 and now there are 96 clubs across the island.

MORE THAN HALF
the nation is made up of people under the age of 24.

Too often, teens turn to the streets, alcohol, and gang violence. Young Life club
GIVES TEENS A PLACE TO BELONG.

Teens all over Haiti get to experience the fun, freedom and life that
ONCE SEEMED HOPELESS.
We take kids to camp in Maissade, Haiti.
Allowing Haitian teens to experience
Life at its fullest.

Kids consistently tell us that Young Life camp is the
BEST FOUR DAYS OF THEIR LIVES.

Many kids leave their home for the first time, travel in buses up a mountain and across five rivers to arrive at a
PLACE OF WELCOME.
3.
While surrounded by good food, games, dancing, and singing they ask hard questions of their leaders and peers. They learn what God says about himself and them. Many meet Jesus and their
LIVES ARE FOREVER CHANGED.
We gather with kids and study Scripture every week.
Weekly campaigners allows teens to continue to
LEARN WHAT IT MEANS TO FOLLOW JESUS.

We OPEN SCRIPTURE
together, studying who Jesus is and what the Bible says about Him.

We ask hard questions and learn what following Jesus looks like in a world of
FEW MATERIAL RESOURCES.

We launch them as leaders to participate in God's
MISSION IN THE WORLD.
We invest in the next generation of leaders.
By offering future leaders a university education, mentoring, and ministry training, we are building a base of
SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP.

The Developing Global Leaders program (DGL) is key to fostering the
NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERSHIP.

Each year, a new class of four students are selected for the
TRANSFORM-ATIONAL
PROGRAM.
